Surface compatibility and preparation

• Surfaces must be fully decontaminated (clay bar or equivalent), polish-corrected as needed, and free of oils, waxes, sealants, or previous coatings to ensure proper bonding.

• Follow manufacturer’s de-grease step immediately before application.

Application and curing

• Apply in a controlled environment away from direct sunlight and wind. Maintain moderate temperature and low humidity for best results.

• Use light, even passes and follow flash/level times recommended by the product instructions.

• Allow proper cure time: surface-hard cure occurs within 24–48 hours; full chemical cure and maximum hardness develop over 7 days. Avoid heavy washing or exposure to harsh chemicals during initial cure period.

Maintenance

• Regular two-bucket washes with pH-neutral shampoo preserve gloss and hydrophobic properties.

• Avoid abrasive polishes and aggressive clay techniques once coating is cured. Use dedicated maintenance sprays formulated for graphene/ceramic coatings when desired.

• Annual inspections and optional booster applications can extend appearance and performance.

Safety and storage

• Use in well-ventilated areas and wear appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection, respirator if needed).

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep container tightly closed when not in use.
